Cancellation

Cancellation of an order shall not be entertained once the shipping has been made. The COD as well as all the customers must not tender any tips to the delivery person since his/her duty is limited with the delivery of the package safely. Customers must keep someone present at the shipping address at working hours to attend the delivery. We cannot assure that the delivery agency will call you before delivery.

 

Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by shopzaar.com directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/or refund is offered to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Kindly check the respective item’s applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The customer, in order to return/replace, must email Shopzaar the clearly visible photographs of the such received products following the conditions and durations.

No return/replacement/refund shall be processed if there is defect occurred at the customer’s place, if that is made once, if customer doesn’t like the product in hand since we clearly mention each and every detail about the product, hence the item should be bought after reading the information carefully.

The concerning executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Replacement shall be made only if the similar product is available in stock else refund shall be processed.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

 

Returns Processing

In case of returns the customers should package the item and send to the address of shopzaar.com via courier. The returning shipping charges must be carried by the customers. Replacement of the products will be provided, else the refund shall be made complete to the corresponding transaction account, also for the COD beneficiaries, within 15 days onwards from Shopzaar being received the returned product(s).

During returns processing, customer must check the product for the following conditions:

Correct ProductIMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete ProductAll in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused ProductThe product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged ProductThe product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingProduct’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The concerning executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
