Product is Damaged. How Can I Return It?

How Can I Track My Order?

Log into your shopzaar account and click on the option Track Your Order and select the queue you want to know.

Can I Replace My Order

You can opt for replacement of your order after delivery only if the product is damaged and available in stock. To know more, read our Return Policy.

Can I Cancel My Order After Shipping?

No. you can only cancel your order before shipping is processed.

When Will I Get The Product I Just Ordered?

The Product shall reach you by the expected duration that is mentioned with the item when you ordered. It may have slight alteration due to any calamities if occurred unintentionally.

COD Is Not Available At My Location, How Can I Get My Order?

You may opt for online payment option if COD is not available at your shipping address Or you may change the shipping address where COD is available. For COD within the city, you may contact our customer care personnel directly for suggestion.

How Will I Get Refund Of My Order?

Your refund will be processed only after the product is received and checked clear. You shall be sent an email of the status of the refund. The refund shall be made within 10-15 working days after processing is being started.

How Can I Get Your Product Offline?

You may visit our outlet as well as business office to avail offline shopping. Since we are presently having no offline outlet branches, we shall notify on our site if new offline outlets are opened for marketing.
